University of Copenhagen Invites All Students for International Summer Programs

The University of Copenhagen welcomes students from all over the world to join their international summer programs which include two weeks of intense lectures and study that continues from 9 in the morning to 4 in the afternoon. Here, students get to learn networking by mingling with people from all around the globe.

The academic level at the University of Copenhagen is quite high, and they provide on hands experiences that help students to learn better. Lectures can be insightful, but the practical experiences are the best way to learn certain subjects. Students are taught by committed and passionate teachers at the University, where the professors are open for feedbacks. The professors at the University of Copenhagen keep a relaxed environment in the classroom that is something every international student expects.

There are housing facilities for the international students who are going to attend the summer course at the University. They are accommodated with rooms near Copenhagen lively city centre. There are courses at both bachelor and master level, and they are all open for domestic and international students.

Students can learn about the application process by visiting the university's website. The tuition fees for the course can vary depending on the academic area, the credit points and the citizenship of the candidate. There is a different set of fees for EU/EAA citizens or Non-EU/EAA citizens. Students coming from Danish Universities won't have to pay any tuition fee provided that the course is cross-credited into their study program. However, they need to provide a pre-approval of credit-transfer while applying for the course.

A student can pay the fee of EU/EAA citizens if he/she can provide one of the following residence permits in Denmark.

  • Permanent residence permit
  • Temporary residence permit (with a possibility of getting permanent residence permit)

International students will require a visa for the summer program, so it will be advised to the interested students to apply for a student visa before the deadline.
