AU Summer School Invites Students for a Special Treat

Aarhus University's Summer school that takes place in July and August every year invites Danish and international students for academic programs. These programs consist of an array of courses at Bachelor’s and Master’s level, all taught in English, within the fields of Business and Economics, Arts, Media and Communication, Social Science and Law, Science, Health and Technology. These offers are available to everyone, both Danish and international students; whether it’s a full-time student, an exchange student or a free mover.

Apart from these academic programs, the school offers accommodation service, visa service and much more to lecturers and the students. In the last year, more than 1700 students enrolled themselves in 54 courses which started at the beginning of July and continued until mid-August, both on and off campus. They have invited guest lecturers from different parts of the world to co-teach the courses alongside the AU professors. Most of the students who have attended the summer school at AU are highly satisfied with the program, and more than 94% students recommend AU Summer University to their friends and acquaintances.

The international students can collect their keys for housing and take part in the introduction day which will take place at the International Centre. This summer program will be held at the architecturally renowned yellow-brick buildings and in the Red Nobel Park buildings. The helpdesk and service centre will be there at the venue which will be accessible from Monday to Friday during the time 14:00 – 15:30.

This international centre is the harbour for all international activities at Aarhus University. The canteen in Nobelparken will be open from Monday to Friday during 08:00 - 13:30 where students can buy the dish of the day, sandwiches and salads, etc. For all sorts of queries, students can contact the University through emails.
