(Science, Math, and Study for Transformation)
- The Ministry of Defense to support a scientific, mathematical and research program for the transformation (SMART), to establish students and graduates in the fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). The program aims to increase the number of civilian scientists and engineers working in DoD laboratories.
The award-winning must be:
- US citizens at the time of filing the application,
- 18 years and over
- The opportunity to participate in summer internships in DoD laboratories
- Ready to take with the Ministry of Defense postgraduate work
- A student in a good reputation with a minimal cumulative GPA 3.0 on a scale of 4.0
- Teach a bachelor's degree or university in one of the above disciplines in the "About SMART" section.
Additional requirements:
- Candidates now have a bachelor's degree at a recognized regional college or university in the US and have completed a school degree / GED. Current high school students are not eligible to submit an application.
- Applicants for higher education may be present in any recognized regional university or university in the USA or in anticipation of the announcement for enrollment in such enrollment.
- The applicant's Freshman / First Year Associate Program should report on the results of the ACT or SAT Reasoning Test test. The tests are not required.
- Applicants who have received higher education should receive the results of the GRE and the tester must be notified of the ETS. The tests are not required.
