Acommodation

PSB Academy offers limited accommodation options at Dorms by PSB located in Pearl’s Hill Terrace. Situated in a convenient location with banks, restaurants, MRT stations and shopping arcades within walking distance, Dorms by PSB offers compact and affordable accommodation options for international students.

The apartments at Pearl’s Hill Terrace are available in one-bedroom quad sharing (four students per apartment), two-bedroom twin sharing (four students per apartment), and two-bedroom triple sharing (six students per apartment) options. The fully furnished apartments have shared living and dining spaces with televisions, dining tables, and designated study tables. The bedrooms have beds and designated wardrobes for each student.

The utility costs included in the rent cover water, electricity and Wi-Fi connectivity (for up to three devices per student) expenses. The students can avail gym facilities for a fee, and use of the basketball court and barbecue pit is complimentary. The monthly rent for the apartments in Dorms by PSB range from S$ 588 to S$ 877. The rent contract has a validity of a maximum of three months after which students have to apply for renewal.
