- Applicants must have a bachelor's degree equivalent to a four-year bachelor's degree in the United States, three-year degrees
- Applicants must be eligible between May 2016 and June 2017
- Students who are engaged in higher education and scientific specialties are invited to apply

- Applicants had to study the course of microeconomics and quantitative reasoning
