SUTD has on-campus accommodation arrangements for the international students that are just a few blocks away from the academic building inside the university premises. There are three student-housing blocks at SUTD for the undergraduate and graduate students that are co-ed by wing or floor while the shared rooms are single gendered. The fully furnished student accommodation arrangements at SUTD have single and double-occupancy rooms, shared lounge, laundry, and kitchenette facilities. The utility costs for water, gas, phone, and Internet connectivity are included in the annual rent along with daily meal plans for the students who wish to opt for catered residential services. The student housing rent for two semesters (one academic year) at SUTD ranges between S$ 4155 to S$ 9036, depending on the type of room and facilities that you avail.
