The historic and scenic campus is located within walking distance of a variety of cultural, entertainment and sporting attractions available in Toronto, one of the most diverse and vibrant cities in the world. Saint-Michel offers a library and residence of Kelly Library and Archives-the-art library and accommodation options, as well as a wide range of student activities and services.

Marshall Maklyuen, Etienne Gilson, and Jacques Maritain are among the greatest scholars who have taught in Saint Michaels and the elders of the college include Rt. The Honorable Paul Martin, Pf, PC, Tony Comper, Former President and CEO of BMO Victor Dodig, President and Chief Executive Officer of the CIBC Group of Companies and Olympic Champion Lori Dyupyui.

Although it is fully integrated into the U of T, Saint-Michel is a university in its own right. His graduate of the Faculty of Theology is one of the largest theological schools in North America, and the Division of Continuing Education offers a wide range of courses and certification programs. Saint-Michel is also home to the Canadian Institute of Catholic Bioethics and the famous Pontifical Institute of Medieval Studies.

Acommodation

  • St. Michael's Summer House (USMC) is held every year in May, June, July, and August.

  • St. Mike also organizes conferences, group travel, camps and other types of summer groups. Visit the "Conferences Groups" page for more information.
  • Note: Summer accommodation USMC does not accept short term bookings (less than 30 nights).
  • We do not accept bookings from individual clients who are not officially registered students at the University of Toronto or other Canadian or international colleges/universities. Summer Housing Service reserves the right to request confirmation of an active registration and the right to reject an application for any reason.
  • Preference is given to candidates staying at one of our three summer conditions: the first semester (May-June); the second term (July-August); or a full summer season (May-August).
