General requirements:

A four-year bachelor’s level qualification in chemical engineering or similar engineering discipline with 65% or higher marks in aggregate (the cutoff is higher by 5 to 10 percent for students graduating from certain higher education institutions in India, as per the list of institutions on the official website of the University of New South Wales)

Or,

A graduate diploma in a relevant engineering discipline with at least 65% in aggregate

English language requirements:

IELTS Academic: A minimum overall band score of 6.5 with no less than 6 in each band
TOEFL PBT: An overall score of 577 with a TWE score of at least 5
TOEFL iBT: At least 90 overall with minimum 23 in Writing and 22 in Speaking, Listening and Reading
PTE (Academic): Minimum 64 overall with no component score below 54
Cambridge English (Advanced): A minimum overall score of 176 with at least 169 in each subtest
Cambridge English (Proficiency): A minimum overall score of 180 with at least 180 in each subtest.

An authorised signed and stamped letter on the official letterhead of the previous education provider stating that more than one year of university-level studies before applying at the University of New South Wales was conducted entirely in English
